Satisfaction Guarantee

Airway Management is pleased to offer product guarantee and warranty programs for our suite of products.
  • 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee – If the patient is not completely satisfied during the first 30 days of use, Airway Management will send the provider a replacement myTAP or myTAP PAP.
  • 90 Day Warranty – Airway Management will replace the defective myTAP or myTAP PAP. This does not include loss or damage to the device due to negligence on the part of the patient or provider.

TAP CUSTOM

  • 12 Month Warranty – Airway Management will replace any defective parts or materials at no charge for one year from the original ship date. Contact your individual manufacturing lab for additional warranty and guarantee policies.

TAP PAP CS (TAP CUSTOM AND NASAL PILLOW CPAP MASK)

  • TAP Custom – 12 Month Warranty – Airway Management will replace any defective parts or materials at no charge for one year from the original ship date.
  • Nasal Pillow CPAP Mask – 90 Day Warranty – Airway Management will replace the defective mask part for 90 days from the original ship date. This does not include loss or damage to the device due to negligence on the part of the patient or provider.
